Starting pre-production in June 2025, 'Remain Calm' went through many different phases of development. From early and somewhat unrefined scripts to a polished screenplay embodying the key messages of the film, the evolution of 'Remain Calm' was a task achieved by a dedicated and passionate crew. Throughout pre-production, members of the crew collaborated to complete the careful planning required to bring the vision of the director, Rowan Alan, to life. In these months, the look and feel  of the story was tested and tweaked, and the key message of corporate greed was represented in the plans of each department.In the lead up to production, the production design team spent tireless hours perfecting the details of the hand built set used for filming. It was their work, in particular, that set the groundwork for the successful shooting of the film. The crew worked over an intense four days in September 2025 to film all the required footage and realise Rowan's vision on set. During this time, friendships between crew members and between the actors flourished. From difficult camera set-ups to authentic performances, everyone put in their all to work towards a project they could be proud of.

​.Moving into post-production, the crew was reorganised into different roles. Some focused on stingers, teasers, trailers, and posters, whereas others worked on the electronic press kit and marketing plan. Perhaps the most gruelling tasks of post-production were the editing and sound mixing, as well as the colour grade and VFX done to the film after picture lock.
